What kind of tooth? : That is the second largest I have ever found. It is called Cretoxyrhina mantelli (Also known as the Ginsu Shark) By the way, thanks for the help posting a photo. Glad I could help with the picture, sure worth seeing. I looked it up and it looks a lot like the great white. The article said that two mineralized impressions of its skin have been found with teeth but I'm guessing you already knew that. Great find! Roz
