Ollenelus Early Cambrian Latham Shale Marble Mountains This slab is one of our best finds after a two day trip to the Mohave desert. It is 4 inches triangular. The large cephalon is 7/10 inch. |
Ark Clam
Anadara trilineata (Conrad) Pliocene Purisima Capitola Well, I traded my Astrodapsis, so I am replacing it with this beautiful set of three Ark clams mounted on a base plate. I call it "the kiss of death". |
Assorted mammal bones
- Miocene Santa Margarita Scotts Valley These fossilized bones were collected from a site that has been developed and is no longer accessible. They are probably the remains of shark food. |
Petrified wood
? ? ? Calistoga Petrified Forest I got this nice piece at the store of the Petrified Forest near Calistoga. One side is polished with nice detail. A great desk paper weight. |
I want to trade this set for a nice Cretaceous fossil. Preferably, a dinosaur bone or claw or maybe a plant. Will consider donating the set to a California school, in exchange of a fair donation value certificate.

| These fossils were collected with my kids after long hours of trekking and hunting. These are no spares, these are close to the best we got. Maybe some out of state or foreign collector may appreciate these fossils, all native to California and give us in exchange a nice treat to add to our collection. Thanks. |
