At any time during Message Desk communication, either "Jane" or "Joe" have the option to divulge their personal email addresses to the other party. In this graphic example, "Jane" chooses to allow "Joe" the option of replying directly to her email address. "Joe" accepts and from then on all further communications proceed without using the Message Desk system but instead using regular emails. However, for the reasons mentioned in the prior section, it is advisable that the Show Attendants minimize the amount of regular email communications. |
